Repetir Momento musical en Lo Que Coma Don Manuel sólo está al alcance de gigantes como Tom Waits, que en el tema ‘Eggs and sausage’ (que cerraba la primera cara del doble álbum ‘Nighthawks at the diner’) puso en boca de una camarera huevos, salchicha, pan tostado, café, panecillos, chile, hamburguesas, patatas fritas, croquetas, pastel… ¡Menudo empacho! El interés del vídeo que aquí enlazamos es aún mayor, para nosotros, al tratarse de una interpretación más hablada (spoken word) que cantada, y realizada por el bardo estadounidense, a medidos de los años setenta, aún veinteañero, sobre el taburete de un bar.
